From artwork to a minting workflow.
An NFT series for a friend, combining generative artwork and metadata tooling, a Solidity minting contract, and a React minting site.

The question
A friend’s NFT art series needed a way to turn artwork into a collection and let visitors mint it. Recreational Buds brought together the image-generation workflow, minting contract, and site that connected them.
The approach
I adapted existing generative-art and HashLips tooling for the collection. JavaScript and Python tools handled artwork and metadata; Solidity ERC-721 contracts provided minting, token metadata, and collection controls.
The React minting site used Redux and Web3 to connect a wallet, select a mint quantity, read supply, and display transaction feedback.
What I explored
The work gave me practice adapting existing code to a specific brief and integrating browser state, contract interfaces, and the artwork data behind each token.
Historical testnet project. The saved app configuration targets Rinkeby, and the project was awaiting my friend’s approval before going live.
